Borrel ("we", "our", or "the app") is developed by LND Tech. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our drink tracking and BAC calculator application.

We do not collect any personal information. Borrel is designed with privacy as a priority:

• All drink records and history are stored locally on your device only
• Your profile settings (weight, gender) are stored locally and never transmitted
• Your language preference is stored locally on your device
• No account creation is required
• No analytics or tracking services are integrated
• No data is ever sent to our servers or third parties

3. Data Storage

All data entered into Borrel is stored exclusively on your device using local storage mechanisms provided by iOS. This includes:

• Drink records and timestamps
• Personal profile settings
• App preferences and language settings
• Purchase status for ad removal

If you delete the app, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted from your device.

4. In-App Purchases

Borrel offers in-app purchases through Apple's App Store. These transactions are processed entirely by Apple and are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your payment information or purchase history beyond what is necessary to unlock features you have purchased.

5. Advertising

Borrel may display advertisements through Apple's advertising framework. These ads are managed by Apple and are subject to Apple's advertising policies. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your iOS device settings.

Users who purchase the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase will not see any advertisements.

6. Third-Party Services

Borrel does not integrate any third-party analytics, tracking, or data collection services. The only third-party involvement is:

• Apple App Store: For app distribution and in-app purchases
• Apple Advertising: For displaying advertisements (optional, can be disabled)

7. Children's Privacy

Borrel is intended for users of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the legal drinking age. The app includes content related to alcohol consumption and is rated accordingly on the App Store.

8. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device and protected by iOS security features, including device encryption and app sandboxing, your information is as secure as your device itself.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
