Creator Companion does not collect:

Local Storage
Your ideas and content are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework:
- Protected by your device's security (Face ID, Touch ID, passcode)
- Encrypted at rest on your device
- Sandboxed from other applications
Server Storage
Account and sync data is stored on our secure servers:
- Hosted with industry-standard security practices
- Encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
- Access restricted to authorized personnel only
- Regular security updates and monitoring
🛡️ We use encryption for all data transmission and storage. Your passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Your data may be shared only in these limited circumstances:
Third-Party Integrations (User-Initiated)
- Miro: When you choose to share ideas to Miro, the content you select is sent to Miro's servers. This is subject to Miro's Privacy Policy.
Service Providers
We may use third-party services for:
- Email delivery (for verification codes)
- Server hosting
These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and only process data as necessary to provide their services.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
6. Third-Party Services
Creator Companion integrates with or references the following services:
Miro Integration
- Requires your own Miro access token
- Shares only the specific ideas you choose to export
- Subject to Miro's Privacy Policy
Analytics
We do not currently use third-party analytics services like Google Analytics or Facebook SDK.
7. Your Rights
You have control over your data:
- Access: View all your data within the app
- Edit: Modify or update any idea or content
- Delete: Remove individual ideas or your entire account
- Export: Share ideas to Miro or other platforms
- Portability: Request a copy of your data by contacting us
Account Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data:
- Delete the app from your device (removes local data)
- Contact us at support@lndtech.eu to request server data deletion
8. Children's Privacy
Creator Companion is intended for users of all ages. However:
- Users under 13 should have parental consent
- We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent
- If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us
9. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of information to countries that may have different data protection laws.
10. Data Retention
We retain your data as follows:
- Active accounts: Data is retained as long as your account is active
- Deleted accounts: Data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion request
- Legal requirements: Some data may be retained longer for legal compliance
