Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MediStock ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

MediStock is a personal medication management tool that helps you:

• Track medication inventory and stock levels
• Calculate when medications will run out
• Receive reminders for low stock and daily medications
• Store pharmacy contact information
• Draft refill request emails

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate medication information in the App
• Verifying medication details with your healthcare provider
• Following your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions for medication use
• Not relying solely on the App for medication management
• Keeping your device secure to protect your health information

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate calculations and features:

• The App relies on information you provide
• Stock calculations are estimates based on your input
• Notification timing depends on your device settings
• We cannot guarantee the accuracy of any calculations

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to external servers.

In-App Purchases

MediStock offers the following optional in-app purchases:

• Remove Ads: A one-time purchase ($2.99 USD) that permanently removes all advertisements from the App
• Tips (Small, Medium, Large): Voluntary one-time contributions to support the Developer ($0.99, $2.99, and $4.99 USD respectively)

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The Developer does not process payments directly. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policies. Prices are in USD and may vary in other regions based on Apple's currency conversion.

Intellectual Property

MediStock and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App
• We are not responsible for any health-related decisions made based on App information
• We are not liable for missed notifications or inaccurate calculations

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Upon uninstallation, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
