1. Data Controller

LND Tech ("we", "us", "our") operates Magic Columns for Jira. Contact: support@lndtech.eu.

2. What Data the App Accesses

In enabled spaces only, when an issue enters a Magic Column status, the app may access:

• Issue key, ID, summary, description, and status
• Issue comments (to build context for later agents)
• Project/space ID (for allowlist checks)
• Changelog status transitions (via Forge product triggers)

The app writes:

• Comments (context and risk analysis)
• Issue description (refined user story and Definition of Done)
• Status transitions (moving the issue to the next Magic Column)

3. Atlassian Intelligence (Forge LLMs)

AI enrichment uses Forge LLMs—Atlassian-hosted large language models. Prompts include issue content from the enabled space. Processing occurs within Atlassian's platform; we do not send issue data to third-party AI providers or store copies on LND Tech servers.

Forge LLMs are subject to Atlassian's acceptable-use and moderation policies. See Forge LLMs documentation.

4. App Storage

We store only configuration data in Forge app storage:

• List of enabled space (project) IDs chosen in the admin page

We do not persist full issue content outside Jira.

5. Where Data Is Processed

All app logic runs on Atlassian Forge. Jira API calls and LLM requests are made from Forge. Cached configuration uses Forge storage:app.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your Jira data with third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes.

7. Permissions

• read:jira-work — read issues, comments, and transitions
• write:jira-work — add comments, update descriptions, transition issues
• storage:app — store enabled space allowlist

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

EEA users may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, or portability by contacting support@lndtech.eu. Uninstalling the app stops further processing for your site.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last Updated" date will change accordingly.
